Nat is a wellness content creator and meditation teacher. His mission is to help people find their story and express it to the world.

Through his media platform Seekers and Healers, he produces content on the art of living to guide people home to themselves. He spent the last five years traveling the world documenting transformative experiences and people’s hero’s journeys. He also teaches meditation online and in wellness communities globally.

Prior to this, Nat has had a successful 20-year marketing career. He founded his creative agency at 21 and was a director of one of the world’s largest ad agencies by 26. He then lead digital marketing in New York for Burberry Americas at 30 – a role he held for seven years. Now he uses his marketing and storytelling skills along with the wisdom gained on his journey to guide others on their own path of transformation.
