Bored in a park, the Tramp reads in a newspaper that Carnival is starting soon. He decides to create his own party right then and there and tries to attract beautiful women passing by to join the fun, all without much success. That is until Maria passes by and attracted by his whistle, invites him to her apartment the very same day. Excited, he fantasizes about all of the possible outcomes from the impending date – some of them not so nice, sowing the seed of doubt in his mind. The Tramp finally knocks at Maria’s door and receives a surprise, even more bizarre than his wildest dreams – after all, it’s Carnival!
